Day 21! Three weeks completed! I made it. I came out the end stronger, more trim, more fit, and a good bit healthier! Such a wonderful feeling. 🙂 A wonderful accomplishment, that I plan to start over tomorrow! I hope to come out even stronger, even healthier, even more fit than I am today!
This Chapter ends with Yoga Fix. A wonderful and peaceful stretch where I felt improved flexibility. I very nice way to end the 3rd week. I still think this is one of my favorite Yoga routines ever. It flows and weaves and wends about very nicely.
Okay, so. After 3 weeks, I think this really is a good program and has enough modifications and challenges it will work for just about every fitness level. And if you follow the meal plan, honestly and truly, you can see results. I have lost 2.5 lbs since I started the program (though I wasn’t in it to lose weight at all), and I have lost a total of 3 inches. Again, I wasn’t trying to lose much in the way of inches, but I did lose them where I was aiming to lose them. So it is progress and great success in my book!
I will continue this journey to see where it takes me. And I’ll continue to share it here. With each and every one of you. Especially as I hope to help motivate and encourage you to get up, get active, get fit, and find your happy as well!
