Leg day. A day many have a love-hate relationship with. I love it because it works the largest muscle group and the biggest kicker for our metabolism. Because our legs are our biggest muscle group they have the greatest potential to burn more fat and calories throughout the day after working them.
I definitely worked my legs and booty today. I kept up with my progress and stuck with the 10 lb weights. Oh my goodness I was feeling it! I was dripping sweat half way through. I swear when I was done I had to crawl up the stairs and and left a line of sweat behind me. 🙂 It was a great workout.
Have you gotten out there and gotten active today? Have you worked on nutrition like I mentioned yesterday? Want to know what mine has been today? I started with a Shakeology, had a Fiber One Protein Bar for my first snack, a salad with peppers, tomatoes and chicken (left over from the fajitas I made Monday), second snack was grapes and a cheese stick, and dinner will be chicken thighs with corn and white fiber pasta. Speaking of, time to go take care of that.
Get out there, get active and clean up that eating! You can do it! 🙂
